Delicious Lemon pie with Sable dough, filled with a delicate and soft lemon cream and covered in tasty Italian Meringue ( 28cm - 11 inches )


Dough Ingredients: butter, flour, powdered sugar, egg yolk, salt, vanilla extract, lemon cream, milk, sugar, butter, eggs, cornstarch, and lemon juice. 

Dipping Meringue: granulated sugar, egg whites, powdered sugar. Keep in the fridge.Keeps for a week.
