Delicious and crunchy cake made with 10 layers of saltiy of dough, filled with Dulce de Leche, and coverd in a delicious Italian meringue. Measureapproximately 20cm/8 inches. 
Dough ingredients: flour, heavy whipping cream, salt. 
Filling: Dulce de Leche (contains sugar and milk).
Dipping: egg whites, powdered sugar, water, sugar. 
Keep in the fridge or at room temperature. Keeps fresh for up to a weeek.
